2R have had an exciting time this week taking part in an ice cream experiment. We all watched a video about the history of ice cream and then worked as a team to make our own! We added milk, vanilla extract and sugar to a bag and then placed it inside another bag filled with ice and salt. After squeezing the bag for 10 minutes we were amazed to see ice cream had been made!
