This morning our food technology room was filled with a warm buttery smell as 4H made their own Flapjacks. They loved swapping their Entry Level work and pens for wooden spoons and aprons. The smell of oats, butter, golden syrup, sugar and raisins all baking in the oven was mouthwatering.
